Satyam fraud to become study topic in business schools
The recent fraud of Satyam has forced the business schools to lay emphasis on corporate governance so that the future managers do not follow Raju’s path. This topic is now being taken up in the business schools as a real time case study. This case will not only edify the students about the truth behind the Satyam fraud but will also highlight the need and requirements of corporate governance.
Keeping this in mind Chandigarh based Aryans Business School (ABS) has decided to organize a seminar on topic “Satyam Saga: Rising need of Corporate Governance”. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Business School (ABS) said that the seminar would be organised on 29th january i.e. thrusday in which Prof. B B Tandon, Former Chairman, University Business School (UBS), Panjab University, Chandigarh will be the key note speaker of the seminar, Mr. Anil Kohli, President, Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) will be the Chief Guest of the function.
